I purchased this program in hopes of finding a simple yet effective program that I could follow in the wake of my wife giving birth to your second child. I was not disappointed. If you have a home gym (and are willing to make a creative substitution or two for a few of the exercises) or simply enjoy basic barbell training, you will enjoy this program. It is deceptively challenging, as long as you know how to push yourself. Enjoy!
