Directions

Best sleep aid in the market!

As a person consistently over 300lbs sleeping is always an issue and I’ve tried just about everything I can find to help me stay asleep. Hit The Rack wins it big time! Absolute must for me to get a good nights sleep for proper recovery

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

Skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first to try Hit the Rack. I have some bad sleep issues, but I don't take anything for it as most sleep aids just make me groggy in the morning and give me the Benadryl fog. I made sure to try Hit the Rack on a Friday night just-in-case. I absolutely loved it. I woke up with no issues and did not have that morning fog. It is a must for me these days.

Night time recovery indeed!

As a first timer I took half the required amount to test it out. Although it did not help me fall asleep, it definitely helped me to STAY asleep! I slept right up until my alarm went off. No tossing or turning before the alarm (which I always do.) I was also able to get up right away. It usually takes me about 10 minutes to roll out of bed. I feel awake, clear headed, no grogginess!
