About Your Coach Justin Harris
Justin holds a Master’s degree in Atomic Physics with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology.
As a top-level competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, Justin was the overall winner of the 2004 Mr. Michigan, Superheavyweight champion for the 2006 Jr. USAs, and the 2007 & 2008 APF Michigan powerlifting champion, totaling “Elite” in both competitions.
An expert in performance nutrition, Justin has written articles and given seminars around the country on the science of human physiology.

- The service automatically renews once the plan expires.
- Plan renewal is scheduled on the day of the following month and the purchase time frame. Payment will be refunded minus processing fees if you forget to cancel and are billed unexpectedly.

No super complex gimmicks to make it look like he knows “the secret” he just knows what works and how to get you to your goals in the best way possible and is able to answer any and all questions you’d ever have. Justin has a very different approach to my certain situation which is the gastroparesis . After only 3 weeks bloodwork and an explanation that I was working with Justin showed my functional medicine dr that we were in the right track. Blood work was better bp was better. My cardio conditioning is better too. To me Justin prescribed the perfect diet that was manageable . I am bz adjusting to all these changes but I really feel we r on the right to achieve my health goals first as well as my bodybuilding goals. First week I lost sixteen pounds 2 and 3 rd week cardio was better and my strength was up despite the weight loss. What else more can I say. I made tge commitment not to quit regardless of anything and Justin took the time and was patient with a retired bodybuilder who needed his help ! I could spend hours on the phone with Justin. I do get hourly consults on an occasional basis . It helps me understand why we r doing what we r doing. .
