I am also a former college football player with knowledge and experience training for different goals whether that is to put on size for bodybuilding, to be explosive for sports, or general wellness. I will be there every step of the way to advise on every aspect of the prep from nutrition to lifting and down to the small details of posing and tanning. day. Also included is the last week of preparation and diet adjustments...no
more missing your peak!
